Five charged with defrauding an innkeeper in Sept. 29 incident – Chicago Tribune

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Romiell Nesbitt, 19, of the 0-100 block of Candlewood Drive in Springfield was charged with possession of a controlled substance, theft, defrauding an innkeeper and was apprehended on a DuPage County warrant Sept. 29. He was arrested after an investigation of an Incident at the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue the same day. He was held for a bond hearing.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
Beatriz Mora, 29, of the 1600 block of Waukegan Road in Glenview was charged with domestic battery Sept. 25. She was arrested following an investigation in the 1600 block of Waukegan Road. She was held for a bond hearing.
IDENTITY THEFT
Gustavo Rivera Robes, 63, of the 1200 block of Forums Court in Wheeling was charged with identity theft Sept. 29. He was arrested following an investigation of an incident reported Sept. 14 on the 2800 block of Patriot Blvd. He was held for a bond hearing.
DUI
Kevin M. Anderson, 63, of the 100 block of James Court in Glenview was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper lane usage Sept. 28. He was arrested following a traffic stop in the 2500 block of East Lake Avenue . He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County court Oct. 20 in Skokie.
Khamir Limbachiya, 42, of the 8900 block of Steven Drive in Des Plaines was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash Sept. 25. He was arrested after the investigation of a traffic crash at the 2100 block of Shermer Road. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County court Nov. 7 in Skokie.
DEFRAUDING AN INKEEPER
Jeremiah Smith, 18, of the 400 block of 23rd Avenue in Bellwood was charged with defrauding an innkeeper and apprehended on a Cook County warrant Sept. 29. He was arrested after an investigation of an incident at the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue the same day . He was held for a bond hearing.
Diamonique Fuller, 29, of the 17700 block of Arlington Drive in Country Club Hills was charged with defrauding an innkeeper and theft Sept. 29. She was arrested after an investigation of an incident at the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue the same day. She was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County court Nov. 7 in Skokie.
Darnell Topps, 19, of the 400 block of Madison Street in Maywood was charged with defrauding an innkeeper Sept. 29. He was arrested after an investigation of an incident at the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue the same day. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County court Nov. 7 in Skokie.
Londyn White, 21, of the 2200 block of Scoville Avenue in Berwyn was charged with defrauding an innkeeper and theft Sept. 29. She was arrested after an investigation of an incident at the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue the same day. She was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County court Nov. 7 in Skokie.
WARRANT APPREHENSION
Lucyna Kolodziej, 36, of the 2900 block of Harlem Avenue in Elmwood Park was approved on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear Sept. 23. Police came in contact with her at the 4000 block of Crestwood Drive. She was released on bond and advised to contact the DuPage County courthouse for her next court date.
THEFT
Paul Belton, 25, of the 900 block of Maple Street in Evanston was charged with retail theft Sept 29. He was arrested following an investigation into an incident reported Sept 18 in the 2200 block of Willow Road. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Cook County court Oct. 20 in Skokie.
A resident reported books were stolen from a receptacle in the 1700 block of Culver Lane Sept 20.
A person affiliated with a retail business at the 1300 block of Patriot Blvd. reported two men entered the store, filled two carts with liquor bottles and left without paying Sept. 21.
A person affiliated with a business in the 1700 block of Chestnut Avenue reported several customers left the establishment without paying their bill Sept. 23.
A person affiliated with a retail business in the 3300 block of Glenview Road reported an unknown individual stole various women’s makeup items and left the store without paying Sept. 24.
BURGLARY
Police responded to an alarm at a home in the 3900 block of Kiess Drive and determined the house was burglarized Sept. 21.
A Glenview resident reported the catalytic converter was stolen from their vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot of a business in the 1800 block of Milwaukee Avenue between 6 pm Sept. 19 and 8:45 am Sept. 20.
A resident reported their home in the 3800 block of Kiess Drive was burglarized Sept. 21.
Police responded to a burglar alarm at a business in the 400 block of Glenview Road and found the front glass door shattered Sept 22. The ATM was missing.
A resident in the 4600 block of Jenna Road reported their home was burglarized Sept. 23.
