Zade’s Lounge and Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery Now Open, Newest Concepts Debut from Scott Harris Hospitality

Scott Harris Hospitality started the new year with the opening of two new concepts: Zade’s Lounge in Naperville, IL and Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery in Forest Park, IL. The news comes after the restaurant group announced last month it would be renaming Francesca’s Restaurant Group to Scott Harris Hospitality.

Zade’s Lounge is a gastropub and cocktail lounge located on 22 East Chicago Ave in Naperville. And includes menus with the titles “Lolli-Pie-Loo-Za’s” (pizzas) and “Groupies” (shared plates) through to cocktails called “We Built This Suburb on Rock and Roll” and “Death Metal in the Daytime”. Aside from its canapés, the gastropub and lounge offer entertainment with retro arcade games like Pac-Man and live band karaoke evenings only on Sundays.

“Naperville is a loyal community to the Scott Harris Hospitality team and we are very excited to open Zade’s Lounge and provide another great place to enjoy,” said Scott Harris, Founder of Scott Harris Hospitality. “Zade’s Lounge is unlike anything we have designed and will be the ideal place to relax with friends and family while enjoying a nice cocktail and sampling delicious dishes from our robust menu.”

Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery at 7407 Madison Street in Forest Park in the former Francesca’s Fiore offers guests wood-fired pizza to freshly made homemade pasta. The handwritten menu is regularly updated with a new selection of antipasti, pizza and pasta made with seasonal ingredients. For those with a sweet tooth, Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery offers a menu of Italian desserts that includes a selection of ice cream and sorbet, tiramisu and affogato. Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery is overseen by Corporate Pastry Chef Leslie Tellez, who creates and develops the restaurant’s homemade pasta, which is distributed to all of Francesca’s restaurants under the umbrella of Scott Harris Hospitality.
