NAPERVILLE – A fire burned through the deck of a single family home in Naperville early Wednesday evening.
The Naperville Fire Department announced that there were four residents in the single-family home shortly after 7 a.m. when the fire broke out on Claymore Lane.
The fire on the deck began to spread to the house when the crews arrived at the scene. The flames were under control within ten minutes and the damage was limited to the exterior of the house, the firefighters said.

All residents of the house were able to evacuate safely before the department arrived.
The cause of the fire is still being determined, the house is considered habitable.
The fire is said to have caused damage of US $ 20,000.
