CHICAGO (CBS) – It is clear and cold on Monday night with lows around zero and wind chills between -10 to -15 degrees.

According to CBS 2 chief meteorologist Albert Ramon, it will be stormy south winds that will ensure warming temperatures on Tuesday. The highs will be in the upper 20s and low 30s, but despite lots of sunshine, gusty winds will make it colder.
On Wednesday it will be mostly cloudy with highs in the middle to the upper 30s. Light snow showers can occur on Thursday with highs in the mid-30s.

The best chance for snow this week is Friday evening through Saturday. Temperatures will be in the upper 20s and low 30s this weekend.
