Chicago resident Maurice Rocquemore is charged with sexually abusing a ten-year-old girl in Logan Square
CHICAGO (WLS) – A man has been charged with sexually abusing a child in the Logan Square neighborhood, Chicago police said Thursday morning.
Police said Maurice Rocquemore, 34, from Chicago, was arrested Wednesday morning on the 2000 block of West Webster Avenue after police witnesses said they recognized him from a police warning earlier that day.
Rocquemore is accused of touching a ten-year-old girl on the porch of a house on Monday. He was charged with serious sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 13.
Rocquemore is due to appear in Bond Court on Thursday afternoon.
